Welcome to Drumforge AI ("we," "our," or "us"), accessible via drumforgeai.com. We provide automated real estate lead qualification, drip campaigns, and CRM integration services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information from our users (Real Estate Professionals/Teams) and the individuals whose data is processed on their behalf (End-Customer Leads).

We collect data across two distinct categories to provide our services:

Account Information (Our Clients): Names, email addresses, business profile data, and payment processing details.

Integration & Lead Data (Our Clients' Clients): When you authorize access to Follow Up Boss (FUB) via API or OAuth, our platform ingests data payloads including lead names, email addresses, phone numbers, communication history, and agent assignment metadata.

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your team using a master account token rather than individual seat billing.
• To parse incoming FUB webhooks (people_created, note_created) and assign the appropriate agent profile to outbound emails.
• To utilize large language models (LLMs) to automatically draft, qualify, and execute personalized follow-up campaigns sent directly to End-Customer Leads.

Data Selling Prohibition: Drumforge AI does not sell, lease, rent, or monetize your customer lists or lead data to any third party under any circumstances.

To execute our services, data is processed securely through our trusted infrastructure:

Database & Hosting: Stored inside a secure, encrypted MySQL database hosted on Railway.

AI Processing: Anonymized text payloads may be processed via API endpoints (such as OpenAI) for translation and formatting. No lead data is permitted to be utilized for foundational model training.

Our platform acts as a data processor. Our clients (the Account Owners) warrant that:

• All leads synchronized to Drumforge AI have provided explicit, verifiable opt-in consent to be contacted.

Every email generated by our system dynamically attaches the assigned agent's standard compliant headers ("From", "Reply-To") and includes a clear, working opt-out/unsubscribe mechanism.

We maintain administrative and technical safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access. We retain lead communication data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support billing, compliance, and export requests.

Download your data: Account admins can export a full JSON copy of their tenant data (leads, SMS threads, activity logs, and TCPA compliance records) anytime from the dashboard under Billing & compliance → Download my data.

Cancel subscription: You can cancel or update billing self-service via Manage / cancel subscription in the dashboard (Stripe Billing Portal). When a subscription is canceled, we email a data export to your account admin address.

Delete your account: Tenant admins can permanently delete their Drumforge account from the dashboard. We email a final data export before deletion. This removes your tenant data from our systems (subject to routine backup retention).
